The Saugus Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) is a volunteer agency dedicated to preserving the lives and property of the citizens of Saugus, Massachusetts. The Agency is comprised of about 20 members.

Primarily activated during times of severe weather and other emergency situations, the agency has light search and rescue equipment and other specialized tools in order to assist the public in times of need. The agency is activated at the request of the Saugus Fire or Police Department or the State or Federal Emergency Management Agencies.

The Agency is affiliated with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA), North Shore Civil Defense Council and the Saugus Fire & Police Departments.
